Gobhi gajar ka achar /pickle is a specialty from Kullu Region of Himalaya,a must have pickle during Summer and Winters as these vegetables are easily available during this season. The main vegetables used to make this delicious tangy Gobhi Gajar ka achar are carrot and cauliflower . Gobhi gajar Pickle is sweet and sour pickle made from fresh  carrot and cauliflower. It has a distinct sweet n sour taste. This pickle is very famous in Himalayan community. It Is a seasonal pickle, tastes best in Summer and winters but we have made it available all year around. This Punjabi gobi gajar achar goes very well with rotis or parathas. You can also serve it with dal-rice or roti-sabzi combo. This pack is available in 600gms and 1 kg. We have one combo pack of 1.5kg also.
